Selangor FC will kick off our FA Cup campaign against Sri Pahang FC tomorrow (April 15) at the MBPJ Stadium, Kelana Jaya at 10pm.

For your information, the Red Giants are among the top six teams in the Super League 2022 alongside another top two teams from the Premier League 2022 that automatically qualifies for the round of 16 in the FA Cup this season.

This week is Round 16 of the FA Cup 2023, Selangor FC has been scheduled to face Sri Pahang FC after they beat Perak FC in the previous round.

Selangor FC defender Yazan Al-Arab wants to help the team advance to the FA Cup 2023 Quarter Finals.

"For me, we have made the necessary preparations, we have practiced and guided by all the coaches' for this match. I am also confident that my teammates are ready to give their best on the field tomorrow.

"As for me, I want to help the team by not allowing any goals to be scored by the opponent. I will try to defend together with my teammates and if there is any chance to score, I will do it to ensure the team qualifies for the next round," said Yazan.

As for the players availability, it is highly likely that Alexander Agyarkwa and Zikri Khalili will be with the team for the #SELSRP match after recovering from their respective injuries last week.
